		<description><![CDATA[Replaced the Module Manager Refresh Modules button with an Add New Module button where you can enter the name of a new module on your server. Old modules are removed by selecting Delete Module from the Controls column.

		<description><![CDATA[Some things to know -

The option isn't enabled here, but you can setup your own Journal module permissions on your own sites to allow users to Open/Close their own journals. Once a Journal is closed it can not be replied to until it is open again.

Journal owners can delete any other users notes from their own journals if they are allowed to delete replys in the Journal module permissions.

There's a Journal side block too, but it doesn't (yet) pull your private Journals, just the latest...]]></description>
